Orchard unit at Hailsham House provides high quality specialist nursing care for people with enduring mental health issues or early-onset dementias such as Lewy Body, Pick’s or Korsakoff’s disease.
The unit is comfortable and modern and specialist staff offer a caring and secure environment conducive to meeting residents' mental and physical needs. Our staff encourage the residents to maintain and develop relationships with family and friends as well as healthcare professionals.
Orchard unit can accommodate people with a variety of mental and physical needs. Some of our residents may have inappropriate or challenging behaviours and often come to reside with us when previous placements have failed. We feel proud and privileged to offer a warm and friendly home to these vulnerable people.

Our terms and conditions are contained in the Residents' Handbook, which we have endeavoured to make as clear and easy to read as we can. The Admission Agreement confirming acceptance of these terms and conditions needs to be signed before moving in to the home. All fees need to be paid using the following Direct Debit Mandate.
