The Care Quality Commission (CQC), formerly the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI), regulates and inspects all adult social care services in the public, private and voluntary sectors in England. This involves giving a quality rating to all care homes: no stars indicates a poor home, 1 star an adequate home, 2 stars a good home and 3 stars an excellent home.
Hailsham House is a “good” home with a two star rating.
