Registered Mental Nurse

RMN required to work on a 25 bedded unit which provides high quality specialist nursing care for people with enduring mental health issues or early-onset dementias such as Lewy Body, Pick’s or korsakoff's syndrome. Shifts for this post are from 7.30am to 20.00pm for days and 20.00pm - 7.30am for nights and full time hours(37.5 hours per week) are available

Purpose of the role:

To provide a high standard of care to residents using evidence based professional practice and company policies.

To supervise care staff and provide a safe, efficient homely environment.

To ensure that resident care is organised by individualised assessment, needs identification,care planning and evaluation.

To ensure the care plans are regularly reviewed and evidence of this is documented.
