Making the right decision

Before making up your mind about which nursing home to chose it is very important to have enough information to help in that decision. In addition a visit to the home will assist in seeing for yourself the lifestyle at Hailsham House Nursing Home. From the first phone call to the home, Becki , our admissions co-ordinator is available to assist prospective residents to decide whether Hailsham House can offer them the right home. She will visit the prospective client in their home or hospital and carry out a full assessment of their needs and will talk to relatives and associates to gather all the information required. She will then be able to say whether Hailsham House can meet the needs and requirements of that client. If it is decided that the home can meet those needs and the client decides to move to Hailsham House, Becki will co-ordinate all the arrangements to enable a stress free move into the home.

We carry out a pre-assessment for every prospective resident to ensure that we have the facilities and services to offer the right support and care. The pre-assessments are carried out on a no obligation basis.
