The home provides specialist nursing care for working age adults and older people with mental health issues and dementia type illnesses.

A home for living

Hailsham House is one of a number of homes owned by a husband and wife team, Ernie & Dr Karen Graham. The home provides professional care and support in a friendly and homely environment. Each resident's care is planned individually and staff respect personal rights and privacy and will respond to individual needs. The home has two designated Activities Co-ordinators who concentrate on providing a tailored programme of stimulation for each resident taking into account their particular ability levels and needs.

Our NEW Care Suites offer independence within a safe and secure environment

Hailsham House Care Suites are housed in a brand new building adjacent to Hailsham House Nursing Home. Suites are offered on ground floor and first floor and all benefit from a secure entrance to the building. Each suite has its own front door with letterbox and residents exercise complete control on who may enter their property. There is a choice of studio or one bedroom suites all with en-suite shower rooms

Staffing

All the staff that work in the home are direct employees ensuring continuity of care and facilitating a family atmosphere. The home has a comprehensive training programme and a high proportion of its staff have achieved NVQ qualifications More about our staff »
