Welcome to Hailsham House Nursing Home & Care Suites - a modern property standing in a quiet rural location on the outskirts of Hailsham, near Eastbourne, East Sussex

The home provides specialist nursing care for older people with dementia type illnesses and working age adults with mental health issues under the supervision of Registered Nurses.

A home for living

Hailsham House is one of a number of homes owned by a husband and wife team, Ernie & Dr Karen Graham. The home aims to provide a friendly and homely environment for people with high care needs, where care and supported is available 24/7 under the supervision of Registered Nurses. The home also a team of social assistants who concentrate solely on helping residents to maintain relationships with their families and friends and on providing a tailored programme of social activities for each resident taking into account their particular ability levels and needs.

Our NEW Care Suites offer supported living for people with moderate/severe dementia. The care suites provide a safe and secure environment where personal and nursing care is available 24/7 under the supervision of Registered Nurses.

Hailsham House Care Suites are housed in a brand new building adjacent to Hailsham House Nursing Home. Each suite has has much more space than a nursing home bedroom. This gives residents and their families the space to spend good quality time together in privacy and comfort. There is a choice of studio or one bedroom suites all with en-suite shower rooms

Staffing

All the staff that work in the home are direct employees ensuring continuity of care and facilitating a family atmosphere. The home has a comprehensive training programme and a high proportion of its staff have achieved NVQ qualifications More about our staff »
